Partner Programme Terms

1. Scope and eligibility

These terms govern participation in the All At Once Partner Network. The programme is currently available only to registered businesses and genuinely self-employed professionals who can enter contracts and issue valid invoices.

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Access to claims, referrals and commission starts only after All At Once verifies the application and activates the partner account.

2. Independent business relationship

The partner operates an independent business and is not an employee, commercial agent, representative or legal proxy of All At Once. The partner decides whether, when and how to pursue an opportunity, subject to law, these terms and the programme's fairness rules.

There are no required working hours, schedules, minimum activity or sales quotas, exclusive territories or exclusivity obligation. The partner may accept or decline opportunities and work for other clients, including competing services. All At Once may verify legal compliance, attribution and eligibility for commission, but does not direct the partner's day-to-day work or apply employee-style performance management.

The partner supplies their own equipment, bears their own operating costs, and remains responsible for taxes, VAT, social-security obligations, insurance and permits. The partner has no authority to bind All At Once, negotiate product terms, collect customer payments or make commitments on behalf of All At Once.

3. Responsible outreach

• Check the shared directory and claim an available business before cold outreach.
• Use only lawful, relevant and proportionate contact methods; record the source and legal basis for first outreach.
• Identify yourself and All At Once honestly, provide required privacy information, and honour objections and do-not-contact signals immediately.
• Do not use scraped bulk lists, automated mass messaging, spam, deceptive identities, pressure tactics or misleading claims.
• Never promise unreleased functionality, guaranteed results, discounts or contractual terms that All At Once has not authorised in writing.

4. Claims, relationships and attribution

A claim protects genuine work; it does not create ownership of a market or territory. Untouched claims expire under the current programme policy. First genuine outreach starts the published protection period.

Existing-client relationships must be real, material and accurately declared. Attribution is determined from recorded evidence, not merely the last link clicked. All At Once may review conflicts, duplicates, self-referrals, fabricated activity and other risk signals.

5. Commission and invoicing

Commission is a one-time amount for an eligible new paying customer and is calculated using the programme policy captured when the qualifying payment is recorded. The current public amounts are €20 for Pro and €50 for Team unless a later accepted policy says otherwise.

Commission is subject to the published hold period and may be voided for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referral, duplicate attribution, ineligible customers or a material breach of these terms. Approved amounts are paid only against a valid invoice from the approved partner business. The partner is responsible for the correctness of invoice, VAT and tax information.

The portal records commission and invoice status but does not create or send the legal invoice. Belgian VAT businesses must send in-scope structured B2B invoices to All At Once's verified Peppol participant 0208:0682981750, or use another structured route that is legally permitted and agreed in writing. A PDF, PayPal request or portal reference is not the legal invoice. All At Once derives the registered payable total from approved commission records.

6. Confidentiality, data and platform access

The partner must protect non-public programme, prospect and commercial information and use personal data only for the recorded opportunity and lawful follow-up. Partner access never includes a customer's inbox, conversations, contacts, credentials or workspace membership.

The partner must follow the Partner Privacy Notice and Responsible Outreach Policy. Exported information may not be used to recreate a private lead database or retained after the purpose ends.

7. Brand and intellectual property

All At Once grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use current approved partner materials solely to introduce the service. The partner may not register confusing names or domains, alter the logo, imply endorsement beyond approved partner status, or create unauthorised advertising accounts using the All At Once brand.

8. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation. All At Once may suspend access immediately where necessary to investigate security, privacy, fraud, unlawful outreach, misrepresentation or material programme abuse.

Termination ends new claims and brand permission. Valid commission already approved before termination remains payable unless it is affected by fraud, refund, chargeback or breach. Confidentiality, data-protection, audit, payment and dispute provisions survive where their purpose requires it.

9. Liability and changes

Each party remains responsible for its own acts and legal obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Programme policies may change prospectively; material changes that affect accepted obligations require a new version and, where indicated, reacceptance before continued participation.

Belgian law applies. Before public onboarding begins, the contracting entity details, dispute clause and any mandatory local provisions must be confirmed in the final counsel-approved version presented to the applicant.
